Oilskin hats are designed for wet weather. The waterproof fabric ensures that the wearer stays dry and is therefore suited to a variety of applications at work, on the farm, or casually.
These hats are made from oil treated cotton canvas, similar to popular wet weather coats, to our own design and manufacturing standards. They will retain their waterproof properties as long as the treatment is maintained. Their breathability is limited and therefore are not recommended for use as a general summer hat. UPF protection and durability are excellent. |
