The hat is made from cotton drill (or a blend in some colours), laminated to open cell foam with an open weave nylon lining. The gusset is a unique fusion of modern high visibility fabric and terry towelling. It breathes well yet is extremely absorbent which significantly reduces perspiration. This creates a hat that is cool, comfortable and hardwearing and is far superior to any other hi viz hats on the market
With normal wear and tear the Tanami Hi Viz has a long life. Fading and shrinkage will be minimal, in a manner typical of high quality cotton drill work wear uniforms.
